We are delighted to announce the launch of dForce Trade after months of test runs. dForce Trade, as an upgrade of dForce Swap, will scan for the best possible price and aggregate proper liquidity across multiple platforms to facilitate large-volume trades.
Why dForce Trade?
dForce Swap was launched in May 2020 to facilitate instant swap between stable assets. Post the upgrade, dForce Trade will add coverage to almost all ERC20 tokens, serving as one interface for users to access the DEX ecosystem with reduced friction, saving users both time and clicks to open multiple exchanges.
Currently, Uniswap, Balancer, Curve, Oasis, Kyber and others are integrated into dForce Trade. There are also a variety of other liquidity sources, including private market makers.
Decentralization
dForce Trade operates in a decentralized manner to enable the exchange of token ownership trustlessly, transparently, and easily. It runs entirely on smart contracts, letting users trade desired tokens directly from your wallet.
Aggregate Liquidity with the Best Possible Price
Trades will be split across exchanges, or through multi-routing (i.e. bridge through another token to fulfill the trade order), to minimize slippage and liquidity issues. By pooling fragmented liquidity across multiple platforms based on certain criteria, dForce Trade is able to support large-volume trades with the most worthwhile price.
Gas Optimization
dForce Trade has integrated GasToken (GST) which can effectively smooth out the price of gas. GasToken is an Ethereum ERC20 smart contract that lets users tokenize gas, storing gas when it is cheap and using / deploying this gas when it is expensive.
